PM Imran Khan visited the Model Shelter in Tarlai, inspected the various facilities and infrastructure at the shelter, and interacted with the residents.
According to details, the first prototype shelter in the Damadal area of Tarlai in Islamabad has been completed today. PM Imran Khan visited the shelter home and inspected the facilities, and also shared a meal with the people living in the shelter.
Special Assistant for Poverty Reduction and Social Protection Dr. Sania Nishtar, MD Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Aun Abbas Bapi and Prime Minister’s Focal Person for Shelter Naseem-ur-Rehman briefed the Prime Minister on administrative matters and reforms in the shelter.
During the visit, the Prime Minister reviewed the various facilities and infrastructure at the shelter, interacted with the residents of the shelter, and inquired about the provision of facilities.
Minister for Planning Asad Umar, Minister for Communications Murad Saeed, Advisor for Accountability Barrister Shehzad Akbar, Special Assistant Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari, Ali Nawaz Awan, Raja Khurram Nawaz, and other senior officials was also present on the occasion.
